Thank you for shopping at COSPLAY PSPS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders. Because we carry two distinct product categories — Handmade / Artisan items and Standard collection items — shipping terms differ by category. Please read carefully.
📦 Two Product Categories — Two Fulfillment Timelines
Handmade items are crafted to order by artist Moka Torota and ship separately from standard collection items. If you order both in a single cart, you will receive two separate shipments.
1. HANDMADE / ARTISAN COLLECTION
Production Time:
Handmade items are made-to-order by independent artist Moka Torota. After your payment is confirmed, production begins within 1–3 business days. Estimated production time is 3–4 weeks depending on the item and current order volume.
Shipping Time (after production):
- United States: 2-3 business days (via DHL Express) — FREE
- Canada: 7–14 business days — FREE
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days — calculated at checkout
Total Estimated Delivery (Handmade):
Please allow 4–6 weeks from order date for delivery of handmade items. This timeline is an estimate and may vary during high demand periods, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.
🎨 Why does it take longer?
Every handmade piece is created specifically for you — sewn, assembled, and quality-checked by hand. This is not mass production. The wait is part of what makes your piece special and unique.
2. STANDARD COLLECTION
Processing Time:
Standard collection items (kigurumis, accessories, ears, tails, gloves) are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
3. TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment notification.
Tracking may show limited updates during international transit — this is normal and does not indicate a lost package.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
COSPLAY PSPS ships internationally. For orders outside the United States:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country
- We cannot declare items as “gifts” or undervalue shipments on customs forms
- Refused packages due to customs fees are not eligible for refund of shipping costs
5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date, providing:
- Your order number
- Photos of damaged packaging or items (if applicable)
- Your tracking number and last known status
We will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. COSPLAY PSPS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address correction requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing
