COMMON QUESTIONS
Where is my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. Handmade items take 3–4 weeks to produce before shipping. Standard items ship within 2–5 business days. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins on handmade items, cancellations are no longer possible. Email us immediately at [email protected].
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to USA and Canada on handmade
