At COSPLAY PSPS, we are passionate fans who create original, fan-inspired cosplay products. We take intellectual property rights seriously — both our own and those of others. This page explains how our products relate to existing franchises and characters, and what rights we claim over our own creative work.

1. FAN-INSPIRED ORIGINAL DESIGNS

All products sold on COSPLAY PSPS are original creative works designed and produced independently. Our designs are inspired by fan culture, anime aesthetics, and pop culture themes. They are:

  • Not official merchandise of any franchise, studio, game company, or entertainment brand
  • Not licensed by or affiliated with any third-party IP holder
  • Original artistic interpretations — not copies, reproductions, or counterfeits of existing products
  • Created as fan art expressions in the tradition of transformative creative work

Fan art and fan-inspired products have a long history in creative communities. COSPLAY PSPS products are original works created by independent artists. We do not reproduce, copy, or directly replicate trademarked characters, logos, or designs owned by third parties.

2. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS & CHARACTERS

Any references to characters, franchises, or themes that may evoke third-party intellectual property are made for descriptive and expressive purposes only. COSPLAY PSPS:

  • Does not claim ownership of any third-party character names, logos, or trademarks
  • Does not represent that its products are officially licensed by any third party
  • Acknowledges that all third-party trademarks and characters are the property of their respective owners

3. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The following elements of COSPLAY PSPS are our exclusive intellectual property:

  • The COSPLAY PSPS brand name, logo, and mascot characters (including our cat mascot designs)
  • All original product designs and artwork created by artist Moka Torota
  • All website content, including text, photography, graphics, and design elements
  • All product descriptions, marketing copy, and creative content published on cosplaypsps.com

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our original content is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

4. DMCA & IP INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

If you believe any content on cosplaypsps.com infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to [email protected] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is being infringed
  • Identification of the specific material on our site you believe is infringing
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the IP owner
