• Cosmaker Artisans Collection: Handcrafted, made-to-order fan designs by independent artist Moka Torota. These items are created specifically for your order after purchase and are non-returnable.
• Standard Collection: Curated cosplay accessories, kigurumis, and related products available for fulfillment.

Pricing:

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order placement
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by product category and destination

Product Descriptions:

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However:

• Monitor/screen settings may cause color variations
• Handcrafted items may have minor variations due to their artisan nature
• Product images may include props or accessories not included with purchase
• Sizing may vary by product; please consult size charts carefully

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Order Acceptance:

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Restrictions based on shipping location

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when payment is processed and order enters fulfillment.

Payment Processing:

We use secure third-party payment processors for all transactions. Accepted methods may include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

By placing an order, you authorize us to:

Taxes & Duties:

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (COSMAKER ARTISANS)

Production time: approximately 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and order volume. These are estimates, not guarantees.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Full details available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Summary:

• Cosmaker Artisans: Free shipping USA/Canada; $45 to UK/Australia via express courier (2-3 days after production)
• Standard Collection: $6.90 flat rate worldwide; 10-15 business days delivery
• Risk of loss: Passes to you upon delivery to carrier
• International orders: Customs duties/taxes are your responsibility (not included in pricing)

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Complete policy available separately. Summary:

• Cosmaker Artisans (Handmade): NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS – All sales final
• Standard Collection: 30-day returns for unopened, unused items only
• Return shipping: Customer pays (unless defective or our error)

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content:

All website content (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is property of COSPLAY PSPS and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without written permission.

Third-Party IP:

Products in our Cosmaker Artisans collection are transformative fan art created independently by artist Moka Torota as artistic tributes to popular culture characters. These items:

• Are NOT official licensed merchandise
• Are NOT endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the original intellectual property holders
• Use descriptive references to character names or likenesses for identification purposes only (nominative fair use)
• Are sold as independent artistic interpretations and tributes
• Do not claim any ownership rights to the original intellectual property
• Are created independently without authorization from trademark or copyright owners

COSPLAY PSPS is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Nintendo Co., Ltd., The Pokémon Company, SEGA Corporation, The Walt Disney Company, Toho Co., Ltd., Ubisoft Entertainment, Activision Publishing, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree NOT to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
